Mt. Zion is in a rural setting, but close to fast-growing Battlefield subdivisions.
It is easy to find on US 421, soon after the split from US 25, south of Richmond, KY.
The building was dedicated in 1852. It has been marked as an historic building by the Blue Grass Trust, and was added to the National Register for Historic Places in 1989.
The congregation is small, but visitors and new members are warmly welcomed. The service is traditional and simple. We invite you to worship with us any Sunday morning, or to join in other activities, such as the Christian Women's Fellowship, quilting, or the choir.
